Accommodates 22 persons maximum.  Ideal for reunions, retreats, Holiday gatherings. Enough room and privacy to be “with” or “away from”  other guests!

9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms plus very private full equipped studio apartment. Jacuzzi tubs, Family room with pool table, ping pong, fuzbol. 3 more kitchens, (enough cooking space to prepare that Thanksgiving dinner!!)  living rooms and dining rooms.

Cliffside section of house:

Accommodates 14 persons maximum.
First floor: Beautifully furnished lounge with fireplace, dining room, large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Master Bedroom with queen bed, fireplace, private deck, private bathroom,  Jacuzzi bath, shower. Bedroom with trundle. ½ bathroom.
Second floor: 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, 2 full bathrooms. Family room.
Decks, screened porch.

River Watch section of house

Accommodates 4 persons maximum.
First floor: Lounge/dining room, modern kitchen, full bathroom.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, private balconies. Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.

Applies to entire and each/all sections of the house:

NO PETS. Outdoor grill, fire pit, horseshoes. Dish network, WIFI. Linens, bath towels etc are all provided but please provide your own swimming towels and personal toiletries. There is no “cleaning fee” if the house is left in the same condition it was when you checked in.  Laundry of bed linens is not expected.  There is a $150 cleaning fee if these requirements are not met.

RATES: 2 night minimum.
3 night minimum: Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day

ENTIRE HOUSE: 22 persons -  $750 per night.  Rent 6 nights get 7th night FREE.
CLIFFSIDE: 14 persons – $ 350 per night.  Rent 6 nights get 7th night FREE.
RIVER WATCH: 4 persons – $200 per night . Rent 6 nights get 7th night FREE.
