Cancellations

Wildernest Inn And Wildwood Cabin

October and Holiday Weekends:

• Cancellations 5 days or less prior to reservation date will incur a charge of the full stay.
• Less than 15 days notice October and Holiday weekends will incur a charge of 50% of TOTAL STAY.
• (If  rebooked there will be no charge.)

Other Reservation Dates:

• Please note cancellations 48 hours or less prior to reservation date will incur a charge of the full stay.
• Less than 7 days notice will incur a charge of 50% of TOTAL STAY
• (If rebooked there will be no charge.)

Dinner reservations made will be charged if they are not cancelled before NOON on date of reservation.

Please note our cancellation policy and minimum stay also applies to gift certificates.

Eagle’nest, Bear’s Den, Fox’s Lair and Owl’s Nest

• October and Holiday Bookings:
  Cancellations of 72 hours or less notice prior to the reservation date will incur a charge of the full stay. Cancellations of less than 45 days notice will incur a charge of 50% of the full stay. If a “rebooking” of an equal or greater stay occurs, then LTD Vacation Property Group, LLC, may waive the above charge.
• Other Reservation Dates:
  Cancellations of 24 hours or less prior to the reservation date will incur a charge of the full stay. Cancellations of less than 45 days notice will incur a charge of 50% of the full stay. If a “rebooking” of an equal or greater stay occurs, then LTD Vacation Property Group, LLC, may waive the above charge.
• Early Departures: No Refunds will be given due to early departures. This includes but is not limited to departures due to inclement weather. You are responsible for the entire booking once your reservation has been made.

Payments

• Reservations will be “held” on valid Credit Card. Payment for full amount is required on check-in.

Eagle’nest, Bear’s Den, Fox’s Lair And Owl’s Nest

• Advanced Rental Payment: 50%, one-half (1/2) of the gross rental rate is due on reservation date. Excludes taxes and pet fee.
• Balance Due : Balance, including taxes and pet fee will be held on VALID Credit Card. If no CC available FULL balance is due 45 days prior to reservation date.
• Financial Responsibility: The “Renter” assumes ALL responsibility for damages, excessive cleaning charges or any missing items. Please read the Departure Instructions. If the procedures are not followed, an excessive cleaning fee will be charged.
• Refunds: Eagles Haven, Bears Den, Owl’s Nest and Wildwood Cabin are privately owned. Amenities are subject to change without notice. All will be inspected prior to your arrival to ensure all equipment is in good working order. In the event of mechanical failure, we will make every effort to have all reported malfunctions corrected as promptly as possible. Neither Wildernest Inn nor the property owners will be obligated to give replacements or refunds in the event of failure or absence of any item..

Pets

Regret Wildernest Inn does not cater to pets.  Pets are welcome at Vacation Homes.

• Pet Policy: A maximum of two (2) dogs are permitted on the property during the rental period with prior permission from Wildernest Inn. All dogs must be more then one (1) year old, “house broken”, properly vaccinated and of a “friendly temperament” when in contact with people other than their owner(s). The “Tenant” shall be wholly responsible for any damage caused by the dog(s) including the removal of animal waste in the immediate vicinity if the house.

Smoking

All rooms and rentals are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking indoors on ALL properties will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
