Bear’s Den Vacation Rental Home

Accommodates 8 persons maximum. Bear’s Den is a 2200 sq. ft. 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom vacation rental home. Within the 70-acre property are ponds with wooden deck for both fishing and swimming. Well behaved dogs permitted.  Master bedroom is a loft and features a queen bed, full bath and large jacuzzi tub. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the den has a pull out couch. Spectacular sunrise and sunset mountain views. Large lounge and dining room, fully equipped modern kitchen. 2 Satellite TVs, Video Games, DVD/VHS Players, Ceiling Fans throughout, Washer & Dryer, Propane Fireplace, Propane Heating and AC, beautiful spacious deck with gas grill and outdoor hot tub.  Linens, bath towels etc are all provided but please provide your own swimming towels and personal toiletries.  . The water is WELL water, it IS SAFE to drink but if you are concerned please bring bottled water. There is no “cleaning fee” if the house is left in the same condition it was when you checked in.  Laundry of bed linens is not expected.  There is a $150 cleaning fee if these requirements are not met.

Winter: December 1- March 31 – $275.00/night
Holiday Rate: – $350.00/night

Pet Fee: $50 per pet per stay. MAXIMUM 2 dogs

Romantic Getaway Rate: (December 1- March 31)…$225.00/night
