Handicapped Accessible-one level ranch. Accommodates 8 persons maximum 3 bedroom-1 with Queen bed, 1 with 2 twin beds Daybed and trundle(sleeps 4), 1 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2). 2 full baths- 1 Handicapped accessible with shower stall; 1 with tub/shower unit Dining Room – seats 8. Full Kitchen. Living Room with gas fireplace, 2 satellite TV’s,  VCR, DVD.1 PS2 Central Air conditioning Propane Heating Washer/Dryer. Beautiful deck with gas grill and outdoor hot tub. Linens, bath towels etc are all provided but please provide your own swimming towels and personal toiletries.  . The water is WELL water, it IS SAFE to drink but if you are concerned please bring bottled water. There is no “cleaning fee” if the house is left in the same condition it was when you checked in.  Laundry of bed linens is not expected.  There is a $150 cleaning fee if these requirements are not met.

Rates:

Spring/Summer/Fall: April 1–November 30 – $300.00/ night $1800.00/week
Winter: December 1- March 31 – $275.00/night
Holiday Rate: – $350.00/night

Pet Fee: $50 per pet per stay. MAXIMUM 2 dogs
