October and Holiday Weekends:

• PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATIONS 72 HRS OR LESS PRIOR TO RESERVATION DATE WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF THE FULL STAY.
• Less than 15 days notice October and Holiday weekends will incur a charge of 50% of TOTAL STAY.
• (If rebooked there will be no charge.)

Other Reservation Dates:

• Less than 7 days notice will incur a charge of 50% of TOTAL STAY.

Wildwood Cabin and The Lodge are privately owned. Amenities are subject to change without notice. Both will be inspected prior to your arrival to ensure all equipment is in good working order. In the event of mechanical failure, we will make every effort to have all reported malfunctions corrected as promptly as possible. Neither Wildernest Inn nor the property owner will be obligated to give replacements or refunds in the event of failure or absence of any item. NO refunds will be given due to early departure. This includes departures due to inclement weather. You are responsible for the entire booking once your reservation has been made.

Guests assume full responsibility for ALL damages, excessive cleaning charges, or any missing items including linens and towels. Please read the departure instructions in the Cabin and Lodge. If these procedures are not followed an excessive cleaning fee of $60 will be charged.

Wildernest Inn is primarily an adult only facility. Children over 16 years are welcome. Children are welcome at Wildernest Lodge and Wildwood Cabin.

Although Wildernest Inn, Wildwood Cabin and Lodge are a non-smoking households, smoking is permitted outdoors where seating and ashtrays are provided. Smoking indoors will incur a $60 cleaning fee.
